About the Role

The Production Millwright is a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and optimise production machinery to meet output and quality targets
  • Monitor equipment performance during production runs and make real-time adjustments where required
  • Assist with machine changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns to minimise production interruptions
  • Work closely with production teams to improve cycle times, throughput, and equipment efficiency
  • Identify production-related issues and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified Millwright within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production machinery, manufacturing processes, and plant operations
  • Experience working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and automated production equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot production-related equipment issues
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work closely with production and operations staff

Qualifications

Trade Test certification required.
