About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Development Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our recruitment business, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective client engagement and pipeline development. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with candidates and clients on a professional level to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Matric HR Qualification (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
- 3 to 5 years full end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously
