About the Role
As a Regional Coach at our client’s Head Office in Johannesburg North, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational excellence across their region. With multiple stores under your leadership, you’ll coach managers, drive sales growth, and ensure tight cost control. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, develop strong teams, and turn operational performance into serious growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and improve KPI performance across region
- Lead store teams to achieve sales growth, operational efficiency and profitability targets
- Coach and develop restaurant managers to strengthen leadership capability
- Monitor and manage key cost drivers, including labour, food and operational expenses
- Ensure that brand standards, operational procedures and customer experience benchmarks are consistently met
- Develop action plans to improve people development, customer satisfaction and operational performance
- Oversee local store marketing initiatives to boost sales performance
- Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development across all locations
- Safeguard company assets through strong controls and compliance processes
- Contribute to the senior leadership team and drive continuous operational improvement
Requirements
- National Diploma / BTech / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar
- 5 years experience in Retail, QSR or Hospitality at a senior operational level
- Valid drivers license
- Strong leadership and decision-making capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
