About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales teams in Johannesburg, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores. This role requires a strong background in automobile sales and store management, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, compiling, and analysing sales funnel data of each store to generate output analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring and collecting store operations data
- Overseeing the end-to-end sales planning process, establishing management standards, and execution tools
- Developing standard procedures for each sales link, providing clear guidance to ensure store operations
- Developing and optimising promotion policies
- Identifying and addressing network weaknesses by formulating effective strategies and providing operational guidance to dealers to enhance performance and efficiency
- Developing, implementing, and ongoing review of promotional policies
- Achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field
- 2-3 years or above experience in automobile sales and store management
- Experience in store management of mainstream automobile brands and understanding of promotion policies of competitive brands
- Sales and business acumen
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Process development and standardisation
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
