About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales teams in Johannesburg, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores. This role requires a strong background in automobile sales and store management, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, compiling, and analysing sales funnel data of each store to generate output analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Monitoring and collecting store operations data
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales planning process, establishing management standards, and execution tools
  • Developing standard procedures for each sales link, providing clear guidance to ensure store operations
  • Developing and optimising promotion policies
  • Identifying and addressing network weaknesses by formulating effective strategies and providing operational guidance to dealers to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Developing, implementing, and ongoing review of promotional policies
  • Achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years or above experience in automobile sales and store management
  • Experience in store management of mainstream automobile brands and understanding of promotion policies of competitive brands
  • Sales and business acumen
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Process development and standardisation
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
