About the Role
Our client in Johannesburg’s Sandton office is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their team. As an ACS Broker, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research our database, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press to build your list of potential customers
- Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual)
- Convert potential customers to ACS customers
- Build relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Work to sales targets, meeting financial objectives
- Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
- Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)

Salary & Benefits
- 20 days’ holiday per year, which increases with length of service
