About the Role

As a Sales Representative for our security solutions company, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth, strengthening existing client relationships, and promoting tailored security solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Identify client needs and conduct on-site consultations
Present suitable security solutions aligned to client requirements
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Manage sales pipeline and achieve agreed monthly targets
Maintain and grow existing client accounts
Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities
Submit accurate weekly sales activity reports and forecasts
Represent the business professionally in the market

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric essential
Relevant sales or business qualification advantageous
Proven external sales and/or key account management experience (3 to 5 years)
Strong track record in business development and client retention
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Computer literate (Microsoft Office / CRM systems)

Qualifications

PSIRA registration preferred
