About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transport Operations Controller to join our team as a Centurion. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Monitor and resolve queries and issues via phone during after-hours support
- Maintain accurate records and reports on transport operations and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Reliable own transport
- Valid drivers license
