Johannesburg: Senior Financial Manager

As the Senior Financial Manager, you will be a key business partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, governance, and compliance across the group. This role carries significant people management responsibility, overseeing a team of finance professionals while ensuring best-in-class financial control and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of the end-to-end financial function Managing and developing a finance team of more than 2 direct reports Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting within a listed environment Ensuring compliance with IFRS, JSE requirements, and corporate governance standards Group consolidations and reporting across multinational entities Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis Managing audits, year-end processes, and liaison with external auditors Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable) A minimum of 3 years management experience, with proven people leadership Listed company experience (essential) Strong exposure to multinational operations and group reporting Apply now!
