About the Role
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our prestigious Luxury Game Reserve in the Kalahari. This is a unique opportunity to deliver world-class wellness treatments in a tranquil bush setting, while being part of one of South Africa’s most respected conservation brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies
- Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences
- Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared
- Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages
- Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with camp operations and front-of-house teams to enhance guest experience
Requirements & Skills
- Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of spa products and treatments
