About the Role
National truck rental is seeking a Branch Operator to join their team at their Port Elizabeth depot. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability
- Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles
- Attend to vehicle licensing
- Attend to abuse on vehicles
- Attend to abuse recovery
- Obtain quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles
- Create workshop RAs
- Gate passes
- Fuel slips
- Customer liaison
- Workshop liaison
- Fleet pack/month end
- Assist contract costing
- Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
- Petty cash
- Arranging Insurance confirmations and claims
- Attend to Traffic fines
- Attend to Breakdowns
- Driver scheduling

- Valid Drivers license
- Own transport
