Job Overview
The Regional Manager position is available at AtripleA recruitment & temps, located in Klerksdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the regional business.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop marketing policy and strategy
* Develop a marketing business plan, including expansion of distribution channels, sales targets, etc.
* Establish a sales budget, setting targets according to uniform criteria
* Determine resource requirements
* Obtain approval from CEO
* Review and update strategy and plan as necessary
* Communicate plan to employees
* Manage financial budget for all resources
* Formulate sales policies and procedures
* Manage sales staff performance
* Report statistics and results
* Interact with customers, including reporting from provinces and the Ombudsman
People Management
* Manage regional provincial structures, providing training and development, as well as performance management
* Conduct visits to provinces within the region
Communication Strategy and Stakeholder Relations
* Develop a communication strategy and plan
* Conduct stakeholder analysis
* Understand market trends
Requirements
* Formal Education:
+ Matric
+ Relevant qualification
* Technical/Legal Certification:
+ RE 5
+ RE1
+ Driver’s license
* Experience:
+ 5 years in the insurance industry
+ 5 years in sales management
+ 3 years in people management
+ At least 1 year of experience in category A
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is R30,000 per month.
