Job Overview A reputable dealership in Durban is seeking an experienced and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and manage their pre-owned vehicle sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in dealership sales management who can drive performance, maximise profitability, and motivate a team to consistently achieve sales targets. This position is designated as a BEE position. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the used vehicle sales department Drive sales performance and maximise dealership profitability Monitor vehicle stock levels, pricing strategies, and stock turnover Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff Build and maintain strong customer relationships Monitor customer satisfaction and dealership CSI performance Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures Minimum Requirements Proven dealership Vehicle Sales Manager experience Strong leadership and team management skills Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Matric certificate Traceable references Clear criminal record and ITC Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (negotiable based on experience) Excellent incentive structure Medical Aid & Provident Fund Company vehicle and fuel allowance Location Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa About Intercon Recruitment Intercon Recruitment specialises in placing skilled professionals within the automotive industry across South Africa.
