About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at 3 Core Electrical in Kwazulu-Natal. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage Pastel accounting software
• Manage payroll processes, including employee data and benefits administration
• Utilize inventory module knowledge to optimize stock management and control
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sage Pastel accounting and payroll software
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Formal education in Accounting or related field (e.g. BCom, ACCA)
