About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Farm Manager to join our team at Dante Personnel’s Levubu farm, specializing in avo’s and macadamia production. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day farm management, supervising field staff, and contributing to the overall success of our agricultural endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Farm Manager with the day-to-day operations of the farm
  • Supervise field staff and seasonal workers
  • Monitor the health and development of avocado or macadamia orchards
  • Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs
  • Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production
  • Ensure adherence to agricultural and safety regulations
  • Coordinate harvest activities and post-harvest handling

Requirements
