Job Description

About the Role

Dynamic Outsourced Solutions Pty. Ltd is seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our active construction projects, where we require skilled professionals to lay bricks, blocks, and stone structures according to construction plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lay bricks, blocks, and other building materials accurately according to drawings and specifications
Mix and prepare mortar or cement as required
Build walls, partitions, arches, and other structures
Ensure correct alignment, level, and plumb of all brickwork
Repair and restore existing brick structures when required
Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site
Work closely with site supervisors and other construction workers

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bricklayer on construction sites
Ability to read basic building plans is an advantage
Good physical strength and stamina
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Safety-conscious and reliable
