About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Maintenance Manager to join our team in Limpopo. As a live-in position, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our remote hospitality environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on generators, water treatment systems, and other equipment.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient work processes.
- Conduct repairs and replacements as needed, following safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules and parts usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall facility performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Trade qualification (electrician, plumber, carpenter, or similar) advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of generators and water treatment systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
