About the Role
Our client, a 5-star Game Lodge in Limpopo, is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Greet guests on arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and care.
- Process payments and perform related administrative tasks accurately.
- Prioritize and manage tasks independently, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills.
- Show initiative, proactivity and creative problem-solving when required.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Beneficial)
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end 4/5-star safari lodge or hotel
Qualifications
- Computer literate, MS Office Suite, Reservation systems, POS systems, financial systems (Debtors)
