Duties: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff by dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Pro-actively interact and engage with Operational Management to understand areas of improvement and ensure that turn-around times are shortened to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Formulate strategy and operational objectives Provide a governance roll in terms of regional compliance to administrative functions Assist Operations with administrative queries Requirements: Matric (Senior Certificate) National Diploma in Finance / Accounting At least 5 years experience in a similar role Valid SA Drivers License Strong Financial Background IT Training (General MS etc.) MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level) D365 Initiative/Proactivity Management Skills Customer Focus Teamwork & Partnering Highly Motivated Subordinates Capacity Building Negotiation Skills Relationship Building Stress Tolerant Excellent Written Communication skills
