About the Role
HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our lodge in Waterberg, Limpopo. As a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on lodge infrastructure
- Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Oversee project management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Train and develop team members to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Maintenance Manager role in a lodge environment
- Technical expertise in:
- Plumbing
- Welding
- Carpentry
- Refrigeration/Air-conditioning
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Experience with project management (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
