Job Description

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field 58 years’ experience in business systems management, IT operations, application support, or a similar role Experience managing enterprise applications and systems integration projects Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise business systems Knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations Advantageous Qualifications ITIL Certification PMP or PRINCE2 Certification Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, or Power Platform Certifications SAP, Oracle, or other ERP certifications Agile or Scrum certifications Key Responsibilities Business Systems Management Manage and optimise business applications and enterprise systems Ensure systems meet operational requirements and perform reliably Drive continuous system improvements and enhancements Project & Systems Implementation Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integration projects Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery Oversee testing, documentation, and change management processes Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business units to identify system requirements and improvements Translate business needs into effective technical solutions Provide user support and system guidance Governance & Compliance Ensure systems comply with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Manage system access controls, audits, and documentation Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support systems administrators and analysts Promote best practices and drive team development Reporting & Continuous Improvement Monitor and report on system performance and project progress Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and digital transformation Contribute to strategic IT and business systems planning
