Credit intelligence is seeking the employment of experienced Afrikaans Debt Collecting Agents to assist in our Debt Collection Call Centre in Midrand, JohannesburgApplicants must have at least 1 years Debt Collecting Call Centre experience and have the following expertise and qualities.1. Good communication, linguistic skills and telephone etiquette.2. Friendly voice demeanor over the phone.3. Active listener.4. Fluent in English, Afrikaans and any recognized South African language.5. Good persuasive negotiator.6. Good team player.7. Positive attitude towards duties and Co Workers.8. Proper understanding of the debt collection process.9. Fair knowledge on the debt review process.10. Knowledge on the Legal process in the debt collection sector.11. Goal Orientated and Target driven.12. Pay attention to detail.13. Emotional intelligence.14. Function well under pressure.15. Punctual and productive time usage.16. Matric (Grade 12/ Standard 10) would be a huge advantage.CVs can be mailed.
