About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and attending to various CCMA matters and disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to CCMA matters and disciplinary processes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, including Labour Relations Act (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, or a related field
  • Honours qualification will be advantageous
  • Moderate experience attending to CCMA matters and disciplinary processes
  • Sound knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
