About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Receptionists to join our team at CP Personnel in Midrand. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and clients in a professional manner
- Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and hotel activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment
- Hotel school diploma required
Qualifications
- Formal education: Hotel School Diploma
