About the Role
The Retail Manager position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth and sales. As a key member of our team, you will be required to work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment with retail partner strategies, while also analyzing sales data and consumer insights to optimize product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with independent and major retail partners
- Identify growth opportunities with existing retail accounts and negotiate promotional campaigns pricing and product replacement
- Ensure all agreements, sales targets, and joint business plans are met
- Implement the retail sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure full alignment with retail partner strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends with retail channels and propose counterstrategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage sales forecasting and stock planning for key accounts
- Track, analyze, and report on key account performance and profitability
- Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure brand visibility in-store and online
- Drive and support promotional campaigns, products launches, and seasonal retail activations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with retail partners
- Basic knowledge of sales strategy, product management, and market analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
