About the Role
Phakisa Holdings is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Midrand as a contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and processes, with a focus on translating these needs into SAP functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes
- Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications
- Configure and support relevant SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams during solution design and delivery
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
- Support SAP integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvements
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and external vendors/consultants
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SE business processes and SAP AP9 system
- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with system testing and documentation
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience minimum
