Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of formwork systems and related products across designated African export markets
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients, including product recommendations and solution design
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records

 
Requirements

  • Proven track record in formwork or construction-related sales (minimum 5+ years preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of formwork systems and construction processes
  • Experience working within African markets and export environments
  • Established network within the construction industry across Africa is highly advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa
  • Commercially astute with strong problem-solving capabilities

 
Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant industry certifications are an advantage
