About the Role

MTT, a Pinetown-based business operating in a unique environment, is seeking an experienced Production Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design proposals by providing digital patterns for cover manufacture and shop drawings, along with pricing of custom and standard flexible structures. This role requires a strong understanding of structural steel environments and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design proposals by creating digital patterns for cover manufacture
• Provide shop drawings and pricing for custom and standard flexible structures
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

• Min 3 years relevant draughting experience in a structural steel environment
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Inventor Competency
• Advanced AutoCAD 3D Competency
• NDN Competency (Inhouse Training)
• Microsoft Office Competent
• SketchUP proficient (Preferred)
• N4/N5 Multi-Disciplinary Draughtsman (Preferred)
