About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at TMM in Mokopane. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock control. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in managing Trackless Mobile Machinery spares.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, issuing, binning, and inventory control processes
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with mine safety standards, SHEQ principles, and stock integrity controls
• Monitor and maintain track of spare parts inventory for TMM components
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of Trackless Mobile Machinery equipment
• Implement effective stock management systems to minimize losses

Requirements

• National Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or relevant field (advantageous)
• SAP / JDE / Pronto / Oracle ERP experience (JDE highly advantageous)
• Knowledge of TMM components (hydraulics, drivetrain, electrical, and undercarriage components)
• Trade certificate (Advantage)
• Valid Code 8/10 drivers licence
• Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate)
