- First point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
- Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up and nurture leads
- Qualify buyers and tenants based on requirements
- Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate data
- Share new listings, pricing updates, and market information
- Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
- Liaise with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled
- Track lead activity and support performance reporting
