About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Farm Manager to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our livestock farm. If you have a passion for farming and a desire to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cattle checks first thing in the morning
- Report injuries, sickness, or abnormal behaviours immediately
- Assist with scheduled dipping (weekly – Thursdays)
- Follow feeding schedules as per management instructions
Requirements
- Agricultural diploma / degree advantageous
- Farming background essential
- Previous experience with livestock farming
- Computer literate
- Being maintenance and mechanically minded
- Passion to learn
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver’s license
