About the Role
SEIGO STAFFING is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Construction Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team in Nelspruit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and implement project management plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Prepare reports on project progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Registered with SACPCMP as A Professional Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure development-related projects
- Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Experience in Project Management
- Report writing skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying)
Salary & Benefits
R600 000 – R840 000 P/A
