What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end plant operations across production and bottling
  • Driving volume, efficiency, quality, and waste-reduction targets
  • Leading production teams, supervisors, and shift structures
  • Partnering closely with maintenance to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Overseeing production planning, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards
  • Monitoring plant performance metrics and implementing process improvements


What we’re looking for:

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ FMCG manufacturing experience
  • At least 3 years in a plant leadership role
  • Beverage and bottling experience is absolutely essential
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, production processes, and quality systems
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
  • Experience working closely with maintenance and driving plant efficiency
