About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Rewards ecosystem. This is not a traditional PM role – it is a high-impact, strategic position at the intersection of customer engagement, partnerships, data, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Rewards programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
  • Define and establish project governance frameworks, including steering committees and delivery structures
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and milestones
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, data, compliance, and external partners
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee partner onboarding and integration within the Rewards ecosystem
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ensure change management and adoption of new capabilities across the organisation
  • Maintain full ownership of delivery performance (scope, time, cost, quality)

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Rewards / Loyalty Programmes
  • Deep understanding of: Rewards models and benefit structures
  • Rule engines and programme changes
  • Partner ecosystems and onboarding
  • End-to-end Rewards programme lifecycle management

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in Project / Programme Management
  • Track record of delivering large, complex, strategic initiatives
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments
  • Strong exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
