About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to the CEO of our company, K-SL Group Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be resourceful and proactive, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating professionally and effectively with clients telephonically
  • Managing and screening Executives’ telephone calls
  • Taking and distributing of messages
  • Welcoming clients/visitors and communicating their appointments with Executives
  • Diary management including scheduling of meetings/appointments, liaising with clients/suppliers/stakeholders both telephonically and via email on behalf of management
  • Making flight, travel, and accommodation arranging and communicating details to management
  • Document control and systems assurance recording all information and keeping confidential records in a user-friendly accessible format
  • Taking, typing, and distributing of meeting minutes
  • Typing letters, reports, and general correspondence
  • Providing general secretarial/office administration support to management
  • All general office administration duties including preparing meeting documents/presentations

Requirements

  • Grade 12 plus Secretarial Diploma or qualification
  • 10 years relevant Executive Assistance/Secretarial and Administration experience
  • Strong private sector at executive management level experience
  • Exceptionally high level of Computer Literacy required (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good understanding of an Executive’s statutory responsibilities and ability to support in all required roles
