Job Description
Our client in the Indoor Gardening / Horticulture Industry is currently looking to employ a Branch Manager to join their team, based in Gqeberha.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence
- Strong management or senior supervisory experience
- High attention to detail with a sense of urgency and completion
- Knowledge of plants and plant maintenance (advantageous)
- Willingness to work in a hands-on operational environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth area
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the Gqeberha branch
- Management of sales, operations and finance teams in line with company values
- Achievement of branch and business targets
- Maintenance and development of strong client relationships
- Ensuring effective stock control processes are implemented and maintained
- Oversight of daily coordination of drivers and delivery routes
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all plants and plant installations
- Completion of all required administrative and reporting duties
