About the Role
The Warehouse/Storeroom Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining effective storage systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join Techbridge Recruitment as a key member of our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and storeroom operations
- Manage receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and stock allocation
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts
- Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
- Maintain effective warehouse layout and storage systems
- Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers
- Coordinate driver schedules, deliveries, routes, and vehicle usage
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and delivery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and sales departments
- Manage supplier deliveries and returns processes
- Ensure ERP/system stock accuracy and reporting
- Maintain housekeeping and operational efficiency standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts warehousing or storeroom supervision
- Experience supervising drivers and logistics coordination
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Experience working on ERP / warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Good administrative and reporting skills
