About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Audi & 12V Technician to join our team in Pretoria East, Gauteng. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and repairs on various vehicles, including 4×4 models.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of sound systems and automotive accessories
- Fitment of spotlights, dual battery systems, compressors, fridges and related 12V accessories
- Vehicle strip, reassembly and professional refitment work
- Fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive electrical systems
- Ensuring neat, professional and high-quality installations at all times
- Supporting workshop operations where required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years automotive fitment experience
- Strong automotive electrical and 12V system knowledge
- Ability to perform neat wiring and precision installations
- Fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience with CANBUS and modern vehicle electrical systems (advantageous)
- 4×4 accessory fitment experience (advantageous)
- Automotive electrical qualification (advantageous)
- Valid drivers licence essential
- Basic computer literacy required
- Diagnostic software knowledge (advantageous)
