Job Description

SUPPLY CHAIN CONTROLERRequirements:-Bachelors degree.-2-5 years experience in warehouse operations.- Knowledge of FMGC industry and regulations-Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.-proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems.-stock control and inventory management expertise.- knowledge of ISO 2200 standards / procedures and quality management systems. in line with the international standards. -Cold Chain control system knowledge.-Fluent in English and Afrikaans. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStock and Inventory Management:- Receipts and management of stock- Managing red cards, GRVs on Omni- Raise purchase orders for all supplier quotes from client orders.-Conduct weekly stock counts in the warehouse to ensure there are no variances.-Resolve all variances with the stock controller. -Sent all stock count to the Junior accountant for review.-Start compiling Service Level agreements with the current suppliers to ensure favorable pricing (Price analysis) and payment terms (Minimum 30 days)-Ensure all vehicle insurance is effective for vehicles.-Prepare PPE schedules for all staff. -Ensure medicals are scheduled.-Review casuals register and submit to the Junior Accountant.Quality Assurance and Compliance:-Implementing quality control measures-Ensuring all SOPs from the SCM department are compliant-Ensure all Health and Safety training is conducted for the relevant employees.
