About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Logistics Execution Specialist to join our team in Centurion, South Africa. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of physical trades, managing contracts, and coordinating logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the execution of physical trades from contract through to delivery
- Working closely with Transporters to ensure timely movement of goods
- Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving any execution-related issues
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade flow
- Handling operational queries related to shipments, stock, and delivery
- Managing the full lifecycle of contracts from creation to completion
- Drafting, issuing, and sending contracts to counterparties for signature
- Ensuring all contracts are signed and returned timeously
- Processing and recording all contract amendments accurately
- Managing open and unpriced contracts in collaboration with the commercial team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records within the system
Requirements
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of trade administration and contract management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar software applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (Matric certificate not required)
Salary & Benefits
R30-R40K plus bonus
