About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer (Presales) to join our team in Pretoria. As a trusted technical advisor, you will design and validate end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer business needs. You will lead proof of concepts, translate requirements into scalable Bills of Materials, and troubleshoot issues to overcome client security risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate solution architectures, including reference designs, network diagrams, and integration patterns.
- Lead proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing the business and technical value of proposed solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Bills of Materials (BOMs) and solution proposals.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to overcome clients’ security risks.
- Pre-Sales & Partner Enablement: Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, internal teams, and strategic customers.
- Support the sales cycle with demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and architecture deep dives.
- Conduct enablement sessions, webinars, and technical training to increase partner capability.
- Build and maintain demo and lab environments that showcase vendor technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike Sentinel One, Tenable, or equivalent) preferred.
