About the Role

Neon Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team based in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Managers and Employees, ensuring seamless daily operations and efficient management of our company’s general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Book and make travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problems

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4
  • Additional administrative qualifications will be an advantage (if applicable)
