About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Front Office Manager to join our 4-star hotel property in Pretoria North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and supervising shifts, with a proven track record of success in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of productivity
- Analyse and interpret financial and operational reports to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hotel policies and procedures

- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience as Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel environment
