About the Role
We are seeking a Semi-Senior Articled Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with audit procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of audit reports and other documents
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed BCom Accounting degree or currently completing final subjects
- Intention to complete CTA and Board Exams toward qualifying as a CA(SA)
- Minimum 1218 months dedicated audit experience within an accounting/auditing firm
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting principles
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent, CTA and Board Exams (if applicable)
