About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator (Technical) to join our team at a leading shopfitting and interior solutions provider in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily capturing and reconciliation of Credit cards slips
- Reconciliation of Fuel slips
- Weekly staff timesheet processing
- Conducting job postmortems
- Processing BP application forms
- Maintaining accurate filing of job cards
- Managing delivery notes and waybills
- Utilizing strong ERP system knowledge to verify pricing from SAP (active and inactive codes)
- Closing quotations
- Updating and maintaining quotes
- Assisting with client request follow-ups
- Supporting internal communication related to jobs and quotations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering, Shopfitting, or technical industries. ERP, Syspro or SAP exposure required.
