About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator to join our team at a vehicle dealership in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience handling customer complaints and providing training to sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer complaints for sales and after-sales
  • Handle Ombudsman cases for retail
  • Be present on the floor to walk around and handle/direct customers
  • Provide salespeople with communications training
  • Manage call back sheets to ensure customers get called back
  • Responsible for CSI (Customer Service Initiative) for all brands within the dealership

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Customer Service and Customer complaints
  • Experience working in the motor industry, with corporate brands like Kia, Ford, Chery, Suzuki etc
  • Excellent communication and admin skills
  • Experience with automotive CRM systems
