Our client in the Medical Industry is looking to hire a Stock Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ordering of all stock, ethical surgical, non-chargeable and consignment.
• Capturing of invoices/credit notes within 48 hours after receipt on Trifour
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Early communication of out of stocks items
• Handling of consignment stock
• Managing of stock takes
• Managing of slow-moving stock
• Following the AVL Preferred list according to the 80/20 principal
• Liaise with internal team for any outstanding invoices/credit notes required

Skills and Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in stock in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge off Theatre stock advantageous
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller
• Working knowledge of inventory management software e.g. Excel, Pastel and Trifour
• Excellent organization skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
