Employer Description Our Client is the Food Processing Company Job Description Our client who is the food processing company has an opportunity for an energetic individual to join their team in the capacity of a Materials Planner. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Execute daily Materials Plans schedules/plan for all production units Ensure master data is updated daily Participate and influence department strategy Contribute to delivering strategic plans with suppliers by liaising regularly on trend changes and tactical forecasting Maintain Data and Systems (Master Data BOMS, MOQs, rounding values lead times ETC). Monitor variances in forecasts daily Conduct stock build plans considering capacity raw materials supply etc Track and Manage Plans and escalate supply shorts Other related duties Qualifications Matric Degree is Supply Chain Management or Equivalent Skills 2-3 years exprience on the same role Food Manufacturing exposure advantageous
