About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development, while also providing guidance on employee relations matters in a non-unionised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR Business Partner to Support Office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
  • Support employee relations matters in a non-unionised environment, ensuring fairness and defensibility.
  • Coach leaders on managing performance, behaviour, and engagement in line with organisational values.
  • Provide advisory input on performance management, employee relations, and complex people matters.
  • Group HR Enablement & Property HR Support: Provide guidance, structure, and group standards to Property HR Business Partners.
  • Promote consistent application of HR frameworks, policies, and practices across properties.
  • Payroll Oversight, Workforce Data & Reporting: Coordinate and validate payroll inputs for the group and consolidated group reporting.
  • Identify trends and risks through data analysis and translate these into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF 67).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a full HRBP or HR generalist role within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, particularly BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity.
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability and professional judgement.
