Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Calendar and diary management; Receiving and welcoming guests for the CEO; Travel coordination and logistics management; Communicating with stakeholders as required; Scheduling of arrangements for the CEOs meetings with stakeholders; Organizing databases, filing systems, and contact networks Handling high confidential information Maintain all work-related information in the strictest confidence; this includes, but is not limited to communications, either direct or indirect; strategic information and employee specific personnel information. Any breach in confidentiality may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination; Assisting with Board and committee meetings, which includes collating board packs, scheduling, and servicing. Prepare presentations as required Running personal errands for the CEO as required; In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required JOB REQUIREMENTS A bachelors degree in business, management, brand communication, administration or similar Relevant experience in a similar field
