About the Role
The Client Relationship Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience for clients and visitors at our office. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in client service and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.
- Answer and manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Send daily birthday messages to clients and update relevant diaries accordingly.
- Notify relevant personnel of important updates via email.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling petty cash, and ensuring the office is well-maintained.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
